- Other information discovered through reasonable research or provided during later communications
A nomination may therefore contain personal information about someone other than the person submitting it. Please only provide information that is relevant, accurate to the best of your knowledge, and appropriate for RAWW to consider.
Do not submit highly sensitive, confidential or private information unless it is necessary, the person concerned understands why it is being shared, and you have an appropriate basis for sharing it.

Featured Women, interviewees and contributors

If you submit information about a nominee or anyone else, you confirm that:

- It is relevant to the purpose of the nomination
- You are not knowingly submitting false, harmful or misleading material
- You have an appropriate basis for sharing it with RAWW
- You understand that RAWW may use it to assess, research and follow up the nomination
A nomination does not guarantee contact, selection or publication.
RAWW may contact the nominee before publication and may decide not to use submitted information.
14Children and young people
RAWW's website and nomination services are not directed to children under 16.
Do not submit personal information about a child or young person without the involvement and appropriate permission of their parent or guardian and without first contacting RAWW.
If we learn that personal information about a child has been submitted inappropriately, we will take reasonable steps to review and, where appropriate, remove it.
15External links and fundraising links
RAWW may link to external websites, organisations, social-media accounts, fundraising pages or petitions. Those services have their own privacy practices and are responsible for their own handling of personal information.
Before supplying personal information or making a contribution through another website, review that service's privacy policy and terms.
